When freezing your membership:
Your last regular bill date will be on the next 25th day of the month after that a $5 freeze payment will begin on the 25th day of every month. You can freeze your account for up to 36 months. Once your account is unfrozen your will recieve your $5 payments back on your account as prepaid dollars for use in the salon. Prepaid dollars can be used on anything in the salon except membership payments.
When canceling your membership:
Per our cancellation policy you signed when you enrolled into our membership program we require 31 days notice of cancellation. You will be billed one last time on the next billing cycle of the next 25th day of this month or next month whichever comes first. You may use your membership through the 24th of next month.
